deluxe in dc or not?

so what about me im remowed from this clan and this devision? im 1st ranking in all P*A shooting servers.was active and played for P*A as this clan member.i would like to be in votes for a leader of dc devision,and renew the votes if im in?lots off P*A members know me, im good player plaing 8 years and know all cw rules. had own team which was good clan 3 yers ago, i would be pleased to build this devision for better team game,tactics and more.

It ain't fair for others some people's rank doesn't get counted in... I don't know why but I never get to be in the Top 15..
For no reason.. Anyway if you rejoin P*A I'll accept you to DC straight away.
